Celebrating 53 years of Good Times on the shores of Lake Lillinonah

RULES and REGULATIONS:

• No pets allowed

• No parking on beach property except for unloading

• Cooking is allowed in grills only. All fires are to be extinguished when leaving the beach grounds

• Each member is responsible for their own garbage. Please carry out what you carry in.  Please keep the beach clean

• Boats must be docked outside the swimming area

• No permanent object can be put on beach property without being owned or rented by the HKRA

• Consideration of the personal space is requested when playing active games 

• No camping, unless an HKRA sponsored event

• It’s up to all members to make sure the rules and regulations are adhered to. Any complaints are directed to the Association President

• Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests

• All children 12 and under must be accompanied by a family member over 13 years old. Any children, as guests, under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult member, or have written permission from the guardian of the member and verbal consent of an adult (over 18 years) present at the beach

• Any person that has the right to join the Housatonic Knolls Recreational Association, as stated in their deed, cannot be a guest of a member

• For gatherings including over 10 guests, a party needs to be scheduled with the Association President 

• No overnight mooring of boats

• Swimming and use of beach are by members and their guests Own Risk - No Life Guards on duty.
